Developing Innovation Units and Knowledge Management Systems in Organizations to Support their Efforts to Build a Culture of Innovation

The Expedition team is committed to helping client organizations to develop a strong internal capacity to mentor and support the development of leaders in their organizations to drive improved performance by unleashing innovation.

For all such organizations a key starting point is the development of an appropriate customized Knowledge Management System which requires, among other things, the important ability to choose and skillfully use appropriate information and communication technologies. Indeed, the process of engaging team members to build an efficient, effective Knowledge Management System and to train people how best to utilize it has become one of the most important processes required to build a high performing organization.
