Created by Dr. Don Simpson in 1991 at the world-famous Banff Centre in the Rocky Mountains of Alberta, Canada, the Expedition searches the world for innovative ideas, individuals, organizations, projects, products and processes that can be used to help organizations become high performing.

The focus is on mentoring organizational leaders to develop a capacity for driving improved performance by unleashing innovation. The flagship products of the Expedition have a proven ability to help diverse stakeholders collaborate and innovate to accomplish complex tasks of significant importance.
